JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

MANDARIN CREATIVE has grown to work with some of the best high street retail brands and licenses across Menswear, Ladieswear and Kidswear.

An inhouse roles has opened within our growing design team. We are looking for an enthusiastic recent graduate to join the team.

Reporting to the Senior designers and Head of design the candidate will be responsible for :

  • General Visual Requests
  • Image Photoshopping
  • Graphic Lay Ups
  • Contributing to Trend research & Moodboards
  • Assisting with sample dispatch
  • Assisting with design briefs
  • Garment review and Quality control
  • General Input into the Creative Process
  • Creating Marketing Content

    Applicants must have a confident ability in Illustrator and Photoshop and provide strong portfolio evidence of graphic design/illustration.

No applicants will be considered without a portfolio. A history of working with screenprint and clothing is favourable.

CLOTHING GRAPHIC DESIGNER (LADIESWEAR & TEEN GIRLSWEAR)

An inhouse role has opened within our growing design team.

MANDARIN CREATIVE works with some of the best high street retail brands and licenses, and we are looking for a Ladieswear & Teen Girlswear graphic designer to join our full time inhouse team based in Plymouth.

Briefs will include inhouse brands and licenses, including Disney.

Applicants must have a confident ability in Illustrator and Photoshop and provide strong portfolio evidence of graphic design/illustration.

No applicants will be considered without a portfolio.

2-3 years industry experience ideally, but we will consider all levels of experience if the portfolio is strong.

A history of working with screenprint, photography, marketing and clothing are favourable.

E-COMMERCE SALES ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR (EU FLASH SALES)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Administrator to join our European flash sales team. Working alongside already established team members, on the job training will be provided to realise our internal processes and systems. The successful candidate will have evidence of sales administration, a strong understanding of Excel, experience of Sage invoicing and have a passion for driving sales within the fashion industry. Working autonomously and within a team is essential. Other advantageous experience includes Clothing Retail, stock management, online marketing.  Languages (French, Spanish, German) will be looked at very favourably alongside all other requirements. WAREHOUSE MANAGER

MANDARIN INTERNATIONAL BRANDS are seeking an experienced warehouse manager for its clothing pick and pack operation.  The current warehouse runs a picking bin and barcode system across multiple locations, so relevant experience will be essential.

  • The role will be responsible for a team of warehouse assistants, operative and apprentices.
  • An ability to work with multiple workloads.
  • Strong time management to assess workflow and resourcing staff to realise dispatch deadlines.
  • An ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Logistics & working with freight companies.
  • Warehouse policy making and enforcement.
  • Training and communication of new processes and roles.
  • Day to day problem solving
  • Good understanding of email and Microsoft Excel.
  • A good understanding of stock management systems, goods in/out and stock counting.
  • Space planning
  • Working closely with the Directors to realise the vision for warehouse strategy.

WHOLESALE BUSINESS MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced B2B Wholesale Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have evidenced experience in a Wholesale Managers role.  A strong understanding of Excel, experience of Sage invoicing and have a passion for driving sales within a wholesale/distribution environment.
